I didn't receive the password reset email
- Make sure you entered the correct email address registered to your beIN SPORTS CONNECT account.
- Check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders.
- Wait a few minutes, as email delivery may be delayed.
- Select Forgot Password again to request a new password reset email.
Note: Most password reset emails arrive within 5 minutes.
The password reset link doesn't work
If your password reset link is invalid or has expired:
- Request a new password reset email.
- Open the most recent password reset email you received, as older links may no longer work.
- Try opening the link in a different web browser or on another device.
