I didn't receive the password reset email

1. Make sure you entered the correct email address registered to your beIN SPORTS CONNECT account.
2. Check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders.
3. Wait a few minutes, as email delivery may be delayed.
4. Select Forgot Password again to request a new password reset email.

Note: Most password reset emails arrive within 5 minutes.

The password reset link doesn't work

If your password reset link is invalid or has expired:

1. Request a new password reset email.
2. Open the most recent password reset email you received, as older links may no longer work.
3. Try opening the link in a different web browser or on another device.
