Important: Read Before Deleting
Cancel First: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Please cancel your subscription before initiating a deletion.
Forfeit of Access: Once your account is deleted, you will immediately lose access to all beIN SPORTS CONNECT content and any remaining days on your subscription.
No Refunds: No full or partial refunds will be issued for any remaining time or credit left on the account at the time of deletion.
How to Delete Your Account (Mobile App)
- Open your beIN SPORTS CONNECT mobile app.
- Tap the Profile icon at the bottom right of your home screen. Tap on 'Delete Account'.
- Confirm your account deletion request.
- Type in the word provided to confirm your account deletion. Tap on 'Yes, delete my account'.
- You will see a confirmation page indicating that your account has been scheduled to be deleted.
